An Open Letter to Ministries of Defence, Science and Scientific Institutions

The catastrophic and increasingly irreversible environmental changes already observed worldwide require an immediate and coordinated response. Decisive action is needed not only from the scientific community, but also from responsible authorities at local, national, and international levels. The information presented below outlines a proposed solution.

Scientific observations show that the speed of magnetic pole movement in the Northern Hemisphere accelerated significantly during the late twentieth century and has recently slowed. The causes of these changes have not been fully explained, and scientists cannot accurately predict when the next geomagnetic reversal or major excursion may occur. (1)

Studies show that Earth’s rotation and the position of its geographic poles can respond to mass redistribution within the Earth system, including large-scale movement of water and other mobile masses. (2)

Recent decades have witnessed accelerating tectonic activity (3), crustal fractures in multiple regions, slowing of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) (4), and growing scientific attention to the movement and distribution of water and other mobile substances within the Earth’s interior (5). These processes continue to intensify globally, accompanied by increasingly serious scientific warnings regarding their potential consequences. (6)

Authorities at all levels must respond promptly and work in coordination with scientists to evaluate the possible consequences of these processes and the measures that may be required in response.

The Proposed Fulcrum Mechanism

A theoretical development known as the “Fulcrum” mechanism has been proposed by inventor T. V. Varziev (pseudonym — Aslan Uarziaty). The mechanism is presented as a technical solution intended to help Earth follow observable magnetic-field displacement more smoothly and thereby reduce the risk of a sudden large-scale positional shift.

According to the inventor:

“By analyzing temperature changes in different regions of the Earth, it is possible to calculate the direction and speed of movement of surface and underground masses. By measuring the expansion of coastlines caused by water displacement, one can also calculate the volume of liquid masses shifting within the planet, since surface and underground waters are interconnected.” (7)

Conceptual Basis: Internal Mass Movement and the Fulcrum Mechanism

The movement of internal liquid masses gradually changes the planet’s center of mass and shifts the position of the poles. Because the rotating Earth has inertia, the planet lags behind this movement, creating tension between the shifting poles and the forces resisting positional change. If this tension reaches a critical threshold, Earth’s positional change may no longer proceed gradually, and a sudden shift may occur.

The Fulcrum mechanism, installed at three separate locations on the planet, is proposed as a stabilizing system intended to help Earth follow magnetic-field changes gradually.

The working principle of the Fulcrum mechanism is described in the book A Message: Time of Unity by Aslan Uarziaty, first published at the end of 2019 and later translated into multiple languages.

Call for Evaluation

It is necessary to conduct an independent scientific review of the conceptual model and assess the feasibility of developing an experimental prototype installation.

International cooperation is essential for taking practical steps without delay, including engineering assessment, prototype development, and coordinated implementation if the concept proves feasible.

Without a timely and coordinated response, accelerating environmental and geodynamic processes may produce severe and irreversible consequences. Urgent action is required.
